To book this facility $500 deposit and 1/2 of the facility rental is required.

Example: To book the facility for Friday requites $2000 downpayment and $500 deposit.

No alcohol is allowed to be brought in. It can be purchased from the bar.

Outside food vendors are allowed and requires food permit, liability insurance and must pay pavilion 15% of food invoice.

Security officers are required, 5 hours at additional cost of $300.
